Welcome to Crazy Cat Collection (“We”, “Us” or “Crazy Cat Collection”). Please note that You, (“You” and “Your”) as a purchaser of products made available through Crazy Cat Collection and your use of products provided by Crazy Cat Collection is subject to the following terms and conditions (“Terms”).
Crazy Cat Collection is the trading name.
Credit Card via PayPal
Payment is safe via our secure PayPal payment gateway. Crazy Cat Collection does not keep any record of your credit card details, and our website is secure, meeting the latest NZ PCI standards. Your details are handled by PayPal, and are only used when being transmitted to the appropriate credit card agency for processing. We only receive the first six and last two digits of your credit card, just to help identify your orders.
Credit card payments will show on your statement as our trading name, Crazy Cat Collection.
Payment can also be made by direct credit through Internet Banking.
Direct Credit via Internet Banking
Follow the normal steps on our website to complete the purchase and select payment option Direct Credit. An invoice will then be emailed to you advising bank account details. Please allow a business day for payment to appear in our bank account.
Simply select the item(s) you wish to purchase, add the items to your shopping bag, then follow the steps to complete the purchase.
All amounts listed on website are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).
Crazy Cat Collection has the right to alter pricing on the website at any time without notice. For any questions relating to products, pricing or other matters please contact us via email on email@example.com.
We aim to keep our website as up-to-date as possible but we cannot guarantee its accuracy. Should an item you have selected no longer be available, we will contact you to discuss lead times to anticipated delivery or, should you prefer not to wait, offer a full refund.
Delivery and lead times quoted are estimates only, based on best information, and we apologise in advance for any delays that may be experienced. Delays can be incurred due to circumstances outside of our control. In such circumstances, we aim to keep you fully informed.
New Zealand Delivery
Delivery within New Zealand. Delivery prices are based on region and total order amount:
Free delivery for all orders over $30. For orders equal to or less than $30, the following charges will apply:
Auckland delivery = $4.50
North Island delivery = $6.50
South Island delivery = $6.50
We do not ship internationally at this point in time.
We offer no surcharge on rural deliveries.
Please let us know if your address is a ‘rural delivery’; this will help us expedite your shipment and ensure safe delivery. If not labelled properly, delivery may be delayed.
Please note deliveries to rural areas may take longer as there is a handover between our courier and your rural delivery supplier.
We aim to despatch orders as soon as possible, the same day or next depending on courier times.
After despatch, shipping time to most parts of NZ is 1 – 7 days; rural deliveries may take longer. Overweight and oversize items can take up to a week but again, we arrange immediate despatch and the delivery time may be similar to standard courier.
All items will need to be signed for. If you would like your order to be left without a signature, please let us know so we can mark accordingly. You assume the risk if you waive your right to a signed receipt.
Delivery is deemed to be effective when the delivery company receives a signed receipt (unless waived) confirming that the goods were received in good condition. Please DO NOT SIGN the delivery docket if the packaging is damaged. If you are able to take a photo and send to us, that would be helpful, thank you. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience that may be experienced. Please contact us immediately if you think your item(s) may have arrived damaged so that we can rectify the situation immediately.

Returns and Exchanges
We aim to depict items and images on our website as true as possible to the real thing.
We think a good website with plenty of images makes online shopping easy. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase.
Please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds on change of mind. Sale items are final and not returnable. Any faulty items are eligible for a full refund.
We are however happy to discuss any issues with you and treat exchange and refund requests on a case by case basis. Please contact us to discuss.
Items agreed by Crazy Cat Collection for a refund or exchange must be returned unused in their original condition and, where applicable, in their original packaging immediately. We cannot accept used or damaged items, unless agreed faulty.
Cost of returning the goods to us will need to be paid by the purchaser and we suggest you use registered mail to ensure items reach us safely.

We will need to check the item to ensure it has been returned in original condition. If not, we will not be able to accept the item and will return to you.
